Tom is involved in corporate strategy, client liaisons, project management, cost estimating and lighting consulting. His experience includes direct participation in the design and supervision of design of electrical power distribution, lighting and control systems for commercial projects, retail, tenant improvement, and industrial projects in hazardous locations.
Tom entered the electrical field in 1980 and attended Washburn Trade School in Chicago. He has thirty years of experience in the industry and has been instrumental in the growth and development of K&B Electric.

Joining K&B Electric in 1997, Roxanne has corporate wide financial responsibility. As CFO she monitors, coordinates, interprets and administers all functional activities and policies related to treasury and finance, accounting, budgeting, actuarial, insurance, financial analysis and human resources.
With 15 years electrical/construction industry back office experience and previous engagements in customer service and cash management roles for the hospitality industry for world wide recognized organizations, her wealth of experience provides the solid fiduciary duty between K&B Electric, employees and customers.
Estimation and Project Management

Luis has been in the construction industry for 15 years and has knowledge of all aspects of construction. As a superintendent, Luis has successfully managed a variety of large projects such as ground up, multistory car dealerships, banks, big box stores, tenant improvements, hotel and restaurants.
As a project manager/estimator he is responsible for all aspects of the project which include budgets, scheduling, material procurement, billing and problem solving, just to name a few of the things that go along with managing a project.
